Does Big Business Kill Creativity?
Having recently come across an idea that could be worth millions of dollars in profit to my employer I have chose not to take the idea to them at this time. The article addresses some of the moral issues from a business standpoint and probably makes me out to be a greedy money grabbing a-hole.
The point is that small businesses continue to enter the ranks of elite companies and large companies continue to lose market share using diametrically opposed logic for creating shareholder value.
