Your Dreams
It doesn’t matter what anyone else says or thinks about your dreams. Regardless of the past and regardless of how old you are today, you can still see your dreams fulfilled.
Your Attitude Is Your Choice
The attitude that you have right now, at this very moment, is the one you have chosen to carry around. It is determined by how you think. It is your choice!
You Are Not What You Do!
If you base your self worth on what do, what happens to your self worth when you no longer do what you are doing? For example, if you base your self worth on having a really good job, what happens if you loose that job? If more Christians would accept who the Bible says that they are, their self worth would skyrocket! And it would dynamically affect every area of their lives!
You Are Not Perfect!
How many people do you know who are perfect and never make a mistake? Thoughts of past failures are very defeating. And, so many times our past failures and mistakes and shortcomings hinder us from receiving God's promises.
Working Hard Does Not Produce Success
Working hard does not produce success. There are plenty of people who have worked hard their whole lives who are now struggling to support themselves. Why? Is there something vitally important that is being overlooked or dismissed?
Winning the Race
There is something in addition to working hard and refusing to give up that separates winners from losers. Those who understand and apply it are winners. You can be a winner!
Why Settle?
Too many people live each day with disappointment, guilt, frustration, shame, and even disgust. They have buried their potential and have learned to settle. But, their potential is not lost, it is just buried.
Why Not Dream Big Dreams?
Children have lots of big dreams. But it seems that the older we get, the more get talked out of our dreams. Your dreams and your vision are very important because they are yours! Don’t limit yourself to what others think is possible.
Why Doesn’t Everyone Succeed?
There are people who rationalize that some are made to succeed while others are made to fail. Even if this ludicrous proposition were true, it totally contradicts all the rest of creation. You are designed to be a success machine!
Why Doesn’t It Work For Me?
Some people take one course or another, or read a book or two, and it really helps them to improve - they see the results they have been looking for. Then there are others who take the exact same courses, or read the exact same books, and nothing happens. For them, there is no change. Why is that?
Who's In The Driver's Seat?
None of us can escape all the negatives we see and hear every day. But we can choose how we will respond. I don't want my life to be like a little boy in my parent's car, just going along for the ride. I want to be in the driver's seat!
Who Threw the Stone?
God has promised and He has provided. But He is not going to overstep our free will. That means He is willing to do His part but we must also be willing to do our part.
Who Says You Can't?
So, who told you that you can't? Someone may have said that to you. That was their decision to say it. But only you can determine whether you will or whether you won't. That is your decision.
Who Is Really To Blame?
There are people today who have become experts at blaming everyone and everything for their problems. They have mastered “The Blame Method.” Life is not determined by luck or fate. Life is all about choices. It all starts with the thoughts that we choose to think about.
Who Do You See in the Mirror?
"The reason most people are so miserable is that they can't stand themselves." It is sad but so true! There are many people who just cannot stand themselves. I needed to change my perspective.
