You've got something you want to let your neighbors know about, like a yard sale, or a special get together or meeting at school or church and you don't want to go knocking on doors. You've decided you want to make a couple of yard signs because that is an inexpensive way to advertise. You want something better looking than construction paper and markers. You want people to be attracted to reading your lawn sign and you want it to hold up under foul weather, too. Then you need to get Coroplast® yard signs.
You've probably seen lots of Coroplast lawn signs, without realizing that was what you were looking at. They are used by politicians and real estate agents as cheap but effective advertising. Coroplast® is a corrugated plastic board that was manufactured specifically for screen printing signs. It is constructed exactly the same way as corrugated cardboard is, but there is no paper in it because it is made of high impact polypropylene copolymer plastic to withstand the elements and bend without breaking. It has the same hollow fluted interior that makes cardboard both sturdy and lightweight with a 4mm thickness and is often called "cardboard plastic."
There are corrugated plastic signs for both indoor and outdoor use and both kinds are very cheap to purchase and very long lasting. They can be used to let others know about candidates, meetings, address changes, new babies, or whatever you want others to know about. They come in many colors and sizes and are durable and attention grabbing. Indoors they will last for decades, and outdoors they will last a few years. This is not flimsy stuff. They continue to look good in all kinds of situations.
These signs are also dual-sided so you can catch the attention of all passersby in both directions. People fasten them up with anything from Velcro to frames, stakes, suction cups, and two-sided tape. Depending on where you purchase them, they may come with aluminum display stakes that slip into the hollow flutes, too. Coroplast® is cheaper and more versatile than aluminum signs. Of course they won't stand up to hurricane winds, but there won't be many people out reading signs in a hurricane anyway!
You will save about five dollars per sign if you choose Coroplast® over aluminum. Coroplast® can also be cut into simple shapes like triangles or circles, too and it is recyclable when the campaign is over. Your signs will be broken down to make new signs or car batteries, bike racks, plastic trays, signal lights and whatever manufacturers can think of. You will keep the environment clean when you take down your signs after your advertising mission has been completed and recycle them. Coroplast yard signs are the best and cheapest solution to repeatable business advertising or public announcements that has come about in years.
