Let it boil and then simmer it for about 15 minutes. Mix it in the blender until it is smooth. Serve it with natural yogurt and coriander which also contains beta-carotene ! A healthy balanced diet with multiple nutrients is the best way to stave off illnesses and mental decline. All the better if your diet contains beta-carotene foods such as carrots.
