The simple reason behind this plain truth is that a great number of people board buses and taxis, either on their way to work or when they seem to be shopping around. This makes the advertisement and the product even more vulnerable and accessible to them. Like in the end endorsing the product effectively matters the most. Taxi advertising, bus advertising seem to be gaining even more popularity.
Another way of advertisement that has evolved in recent times sponsoring a television shows, that seem to be quiet popular and demanding by the public. One can know that through the TRP ratings that are conducted. This not only makes the advertisers but also the entrepreneurs, sure about the fact that there products are bound to gain popularity among viewers watching these shows. It seems that marketing tries its hands following "Darwin's theory of Evolution" too, like when new products come in; new marketing strategies are resorted to.
