A group of 3-4 entrenpreneurs with similar goals who communicate often (daily to weekly) about their situations, challenges, successes, seeking advice, suggestions, strategies to accomplish their goals. Why do you want a Mastermind Group? Accomplish more, building financial wealth in a shorter period of time while significantly reducing the stress, fear, unknowns experienced when ‘going it alone’. Going it alone stretches the process out at least 3-4 and I think even 10 times as long. The success rate of going it alone is extremely low. In addition you are helping each other which is builds your confidence and gives you satisfaction of giving to others. There’s nothing like giving. My “Going it alone". I had some success that ended in burnout, and I never got to where I know I’m capable of and wanted to get. Why? I got stuck with a specific problem or issue…thought about it too long, none of my solutions seemed to be the right one, couldn’t find what I felt was the ultimate solution. Got bogged down, stuck in the muck. After a long time, moved onward, another issue comes up, same dilemma, delay, struggle, fear, overwhelm feelings. Time is lengthening, I’m working harder and harder, issues are resolved in some way, but I keep working harder and harder and harder. Successes do come along the way, yes. But there are always new challenges, and I’m the only one there trying to find the solutions. Then I have to implement them myself too. These steps repeat over and over until I’m drained, worn out, mentally beat, so takes me longer to accomplish things. Finally, burn out. This is the result of stepping out into my passion, burn out. Hmmm – there has to be a better way. How my Mastermind Group helped me succeed internally and externally in period of 8 weeks, in a new start-up business. I became clear on most of my goals, developed a monthly marketing plan, am in process of implementing and testing it. And I've made money! Already I’m profitable, building financial wealth. Compare that to previous businesses where it took 12 to 24 months. In 2 of those situations I abandoned the building financial wealth system, home business income opportunity because I was losing wealth (expenses were greater than income).
