For some employees, the prospect of having to change from something they are used to doing to something they have to learn is difficult to accept. That is why it is important to take the employees directly involved into confidence before such improvement measures are put into work. There are many techniques available for business process improvement like Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management which will help professionals to optimize their business processes. It is important to remember that Business Process Improvement will work only with the organization working as a team.
