Had I used this lesson at the beginning of my networking career and trusted myself, much time and effort could have been saved. Here are examples of ways to market: - place 3 line ads in the Business opportunity section of various newspapers - place ads in trade journals, periodicals, magazines - biz card handouts - have a website that lets others get to know you and your opportunity - further the effectiveness of your web site by driving traffic to it - purchase leads through a reputable lead generator - put out flyers or hire a student to hand out flyers at events - do direct mail campaigns - print your slogan and contact information on pens, water bottles and so on and hand them out - speak with friends, other parents who might want to stay home, work colleagues, your various committee members, anybody who is looking for a way out of their current situation. A good network marketing business opportunity will have a lot of this information laid out, and you will be able to simply pick and choose the strategies that suit you and your budget. Furthermore, a great network marketing company will train on this aspect of the business and leaders will willingly share what they have learned.
